Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription plan will be activated and billed automatically.
All content on Smooqi, including courses, lessons, quizzes, and games, is owned by Smooqi or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the platform, or using automated tools to scrape content.
Smooqi is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Smooqi after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
